We take the protection of your personal data seriously. The following information (as required by Art. 13 GDPR) explains which data we process when you use this portal and what rights you have.

Hosting
This portal is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel necessarily processes technical data (in particular IP addresses) to deliver the content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical operation). A data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses is in place with Vercel.
Server logs
When you access this site, technical access data (date, time, requested page, referrer, user agent, shortened IP address) is briefly stored in logs. This data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after no more than 30 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (IT security, abuse prevention).
Newsletter
For the daily newsletter we process your email address, the districts you selected and — if you chose to provide them — the day and month of your birthday (never the year). Delivery is handled by Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA); a data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses is in place. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or at /mein-konto. Your subscriber data is deleted promptly after withdrawal.
Database
Subscriber data and portal content are stored in a Supabase database (Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992; server region Frankfurt/Main). A data processing agreement is in place; the servers are located in the EU.
External services & content
The portal embeds data from the following providers without transmitting personal data to them: Open-Meteo (weather and pollen), Autobahn GmbH (traffic alerts), OpenStreetMap (map snippets). Clicking the pharmacy emergency service link forwards you to aponet.de, where their own privacy terms apply. Horoscope and translation texts are generated server-side via the Anthropic API; no personal data is transmitted.
Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies — in particular for language selection and, optionally, for business-owner login. A consent banner is therefore not required. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
Your rights
At any time you have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please contact hello@40667.live.
Right to complain
